Mary is always wonderful!!! But, I think the person doing the scheduling should worry less about what my issues are and focus on being sure I know the practice has moved and a new computer system installed!! The lady who called to say they had an opening today was very pleasant and I appreciated the opportunity, but I still wasn’t told about the new address or requirements of the new computer system. Just a suggestion for a little less stress!☺️

Very friendly, professional, thorough and courteous, I get exceptional care from Paige and her assistants. I always feel extremely comfortable. Can’t imagine going anywhere else for this service.

I’ve had positive experiences with both the dermatology provider (Paige Lovelace) and the aesthetic services. Paige is great! Fast but thorough skin check. I will keep going back every year. The hydrafacial from an esthetician was also enjoyable and made my skin glow. The prices are higher than other spas but I appreciate the medical setting and expert consultation about my skin concerns.

Honestly, every person I met today was SO friendly. Reception was understanding when I went in on Dec 20 but my appointment was apparently Nov 20 and I had written it down wrong! They went back and asked if they could squeeze me in, and they did! I had to see someone else, but thats fine, because PA Emily and assistant/nurse (her name starts with an M) were great. I'm just really, really pleased.

I have been a patient of Kansas City Skin and cancer center for more years than I can count! Not only do they address my yearly check, but if I need anything in between - my providers and staff go above and beyond to help me. Whether it’s working me in at the last minute or calling in a prescription - I am always impressed and appreciative! Outstanding customer service, kindness, and professionalism at its best! Highly recommend!

I waited to see Mary, although another was available. I chose to wait because Mary has always been concerned for my well - being, caring, friendly and very professional. The center is now in a new location, not far from the original that I went to. It is just beautiful!

I have had 3 appointments in the past 2 months. The entire staff, from the front desk to the billing team to my physician's assistant (Emily) to the nursing team (Sandra, Erica, Kory, Chloe, and others) to Dr. Wu have all been friendly, patient, attentive, compassionate, and very professional. 5 stars.

This place is amazing. I had a large area removed from my nose. I mean a hole the size of a dime. But today you can't even tell that the procedure even happened! Dr. Jansen should be a plastic surgeon! Do not hesitate to make that appointment.
